The Bifrost Blade is a new method tribute to the classic Sword-Through-Ring style of effect where a solid sword is seen to cut down and penetrate through a solid ring leaving the ring hanging from the blade with all parts able to be inspected!
In this piece an ornate display stand is shown with 3 objects sitting on top. First, a wooden ring box with a mysterious metal ring covered in Viking runes is displayed inside. The ring can be taken out and inspected as completely solid. Next a slotted tunnel is shown as completely empty. It too is decorated with Norse runes and carvings and fits snuggly right over the ring box and ring.
Next a miniature silver sword is taken from its display stand and also shown to be completely solid. The sword is then taken and placed into the top of the tunnel above the ring box and ring. With a swift cutting motion the sword is pushed down through the tunnel right to the bottom.
As the tunnel is removed the sword amazingly looks to have penetrated right through the box and ring! The sword can then be lifted upwards to show the ring now impossibly dangling on the sword.
The items can then be individually handed out for inspection with no springs and moving parts to find.
Designed in a Norse/Viking style this piece matches in with other past effects and can be used together with the Mystery of the Rune Ring which is another ring penetration effect in a Norse/Viking style. The same ring can be taken and used in both different ring penetration effects.
Material: Made from luxurious Australian Jarrah Eucalyptus hardwood & Eco Friendly Bio-Plastic. The ring and sword are both metal and completely solid pieces.
